Progression through VIP tiers depends on a member's gaming activity and engagement with the platform. xx399 reserves the right to determine and adjust any member's VIP tier.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses, engage in arbitrage betting, or systematically exploit bonus offers will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of bonuses.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the xx399 platform are operated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are entirely random and previous outcomes do not affect future results.

xx399 conducts regular third-party audits to ensure fairness across all games. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, xx399's records will be considered final.

6.3 Software or System Errors

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Suspension and Closure Policy

8.1 Suspension by xx399

xx399 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or age.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

8.2 Closure by Member

8.3 Self-Exclusion
